He has helped us here at ASA....He negotiated more job protection for ASA than ALPA did....He made changes in our GO that the previous owners couldn't do over the past 29 years....

So far I am impressed....

In a way...he has more leverage than ALPA....Think about it....Like him or not he is good at what he does....I'm not looking for a friend...I'm looking for an effective leader that is good at what they do...

I could possibly see XJT pilots waiving their contractual right (binding the holding company or holding company's successor in event of a merger/acquisition) to ONE LIST...but it depends what SGU is willing to write into a legally binding agreement protecting current XJT flying and jobs.

Got to love monopolies! With guaranteed near-monopoly on flying - you can be as inefficient, as unproductive, as expensive as you want to be. No free-market motivation to be competitive or anything. Now if we can get rid of that pesky DOT reporting - no one would know any better! Sweet!!
