Skywest had lifted seat locks on bro for pilots to transition over the rj. Is this new or has it been going on for a while? This was the first I have heard of it.

It happens every once in a while, depending on company needs.
I was at SKYW for a little over 5 years and I remember them doing this at least twice during that time span.

Come on already! Somebody come and say "if you had ALPA" you wouldn't have or have to give up a seat lock.

They probably will have to since they are getting all those jets. The 12 comair planes and probably all ore most of the 76 seat flying.

Where did you get your information about the lift of the 1 year seat lock?

The company has posted nothing about this.
