Don't forget paying the same per leg whether you fly empty or full. Whether passengers receive good service or poor.

The mainline company is "controlling" the things you mention BECAUSE THEY ARE LEASING THE AIRCRAFT to do flying within their system. As in PAYING for them !!!!!!!

It doesn't matter who picked it up from the manufacturer.
