by announcing a new health care program to take effect in 2012 that would bankrupt any employee who might come down with cancer. In the words of SkyWest CEO Chip Childs this change is coming to "Stay Competetive". Must be great working for the "Employer of Choice". Would any of you SkyWest folks like to chime in and give us some details?

More men die from prostate cancer...... Where is Skywest on that one?
They don't care, in fact if you have more than 7 years in, they hope you die, car/motorcyle with major trauma causing instant death is preferred. This "new" "health plan" won't make a difference, disease, accident no longer matters. The F/Os with kids are especially phukked.

Maybe now, everyone here that voted against a union will see what a bad idea that was...maybe more so when they realize the airline Inc. bought with the money we made for them, has employees that get to keep all their health benefits!!!:smash:

More men die from prostate cancer.

Exhibit A: a woman needing a manual breast exam.

Exhibit B: a man needing a prostate exam.

Who would you rather screen? And dammit, sofa bolsters are hot. Taint glands? Well, they shouldn't be flaunted on a hot summer's day.

What does your contract say about insurance, OCP or any other ASA people. Just trying to grasp this whole BS!
