50 seat pay for up to 99 seats? What do you call that?
Disgruntled? More like unhappy that Mesa and CHitaco are passing us by. We are looking like the bottom feeders.

A 17yr guy was fired for refusing to fly when he and his crew were spent and not fit for duty. Unless you have the $$$ to find a lawyer your out of your career on your neck.
PBS or Bid Pref= your QOL will go farther into the toilet. The software we are using is not proven and untested by any other company. SGU won't even tell us who makes the program. We never were allowed any say in this. It is spoon fed with a shovel down our necks.
There is more to come. If you really need more. flying a 70 or 90 for 50 seat pay is enought for most to want a real contract. We dont' even have a contract at SkyW we are "at will" employees. We have a policy manual that is changed at their will. For exp. We had increase 70 flying this summer. The bids for this went super jr. Crap 4 days that start am and end 11pm on the 4th day. Uncommutables. Pilots that were SR> and trained on the 70 were forced to fly these trips for 2 to 3 months. So you go from locals, 2days, 3days to 4 DAY dog pile trips with no notice. IF you had Plans to go to your son or daughters activities this summer,,,,to bad you will fly the 70 because you are trained. NO questions asked or there is the door. And the kicker is our employee group SAPA> a special secret meeting was convened in order to get this TA passed. 4 out of prob 20 or so reps decided our fate. No vote no notice no vaseline they just throw your seniority out the window.
Even more reason to merge senority lists to prevent our Careers to dive farther into their bank accounts.
