I 'researched' by asking my 3 friends at XJT. they are all amazed at how much more $ we gross at SkyWest.

And that was for the same amount of credit hours and you had just as many days off as they did, right?
If I work my a$$ off and fly over a 100 hours credit in a month I can make more money than a Horizon guy who is on reserve. Who cares?
How's that SKYW 401K contribution compare to XpressJet for your first 5 years?
How's that SKYW B fund compare to the one at XpressJet? What you don't have a B fund?
How much can the top earning pilots at SKYW contribute to their 401K before having it returned to them with a note saying they can only contribute a certain amount because of their HCE status?
Does an 8 or 9 year pilot at ExpressJet end up with more than 2 weeks of vacation per year?
Does ExpressJet have the lowest vacation rate in the industry or does that distinction belong to SkyWest?

Read their contract before you go spouting off again about how much better you have it than ExpressJetters.

How did you squeak through your interview? Was it "hire a moron day?"

Did you forget to mention that he probably got the upgrade just about a year from date of hire? Is he bothered about that as well?

Why don't you let him come on here and complain about it himself, instead of constantly bringing him up in your posts and speaking for him, or is that how it works with you two?

I have to start asking around to find out who is engaged to a chick pilot at UPS and have a word or two with him...

Uh, WTF are you talking about? When did I say "he" was bothered by anything? He is not the one comlaining....I am. It's really none of your business "how it works with us two" thanks.

Have a "word or two with him"? About what tough guy? About the fact that I think it's bull$hit that the Bro pilots got the shaft? I would think you would think it's shady too but I guess you are one that is all about ME ME ME.

^I've been shot at, had a knife pulled on me and fought several dudes bigger than I am and won... but I think I'm afraid of Mega............ :erm:

Let's not group all Skywest pilots in that group, especially the Bro guys. I can't imagine any Bro driver in their right mind voted for this joke pay proposal that gave the Bro guys nothing.

You say that like they even have or HAD a choice!!:laugh:

Well, you may have a B fund, but he gets a free 12lb turkey during the holidays! Compound THAT interest!

SkyWest

I have to admitt things could always be better here. I do have to say though that you few loud mouth whiners should be thankful that you have a job. Most of the Bro new hires are flight instructors who don't know there head from there A@#. I am sorry that the Bro pilots did not get a raise I would like to have seen more money in my pocket, but came here of my own will. Enjoy your job or go back to your seminole. You little creeps drive me nuts. Go fly for Air Wiskey or Mesa and tell me how you like it there.

The Bro is leaving the barbie pilots need more money but not at the expense of our jobs.
