It's you're senority, basically if you're a 5 year Capt and you take a 1 year Leave of Absence, when you come back you'll be a 7 year capt, instead of a 6 year capt.

You're Longevity continues, even though you haven't been working...

As far as you're pay the first year is crap then second year will be crap plus a little token amount. Seriously, you'll take home around $1000/month on reserve, maybe $1200 if you do some flying. Sorry. Add around 10-20% second year, after concessionary period is up plus work rules plus the fact you shouldn't still be on rsv..... Sorry again....

Recalls are slated as 4 FO's then 4 catain reupgrades,then 4 more FO's and then 10FO's sometime in Sept. I think?
Does that sound right to you TC?

8 F/O's and 4 Capt. re-upgrades in August with 10 initial F/Os starting Sept. 8 is accurate right now. I have heard there is talk of adding a few more to the Sept. class...possibly 2 for a total of 12.
