Here's what ALPA told us about the "ironclad language" after they had torpedoed the fence, the pay, the furlough protection, and the capt seats:

Or at least allowed the pilots to have an Up or Down vote on it. In this situation, much like the TWA thread, ALPA was the pilots worse enemy.
