I had to ferry a X from PHX to ICT at 11,000 and 210 kts (I think those were the limits; it's been a while) because some maintenance tech started pressurizing the aircraft on the ground and attempted to resole the issue by opening the main cabin door! She took the ride of her life; she broke bones and was lucky she wasn't killed. Anyway, during that several-hour flight, we fielded many disbelieving inquiries from controllers. Ahhh, good times...
