I wish there was a magic 1-800 number that we all could call to get the facts on things, so we wouldn't always try to speak as if we knew the whole situation.

From what I've found, S5 offered date of hire (unrealistic-no matter where you stand) while CHQ offered not a staple at all, but a hybrid plan that the arbitrator later used as the foundation for his ruling.

If the arbitrator ends up going exactly with what one side offered, don't you think that side (Chq) offered something "fair and equittable"?

Just a thought.
