MDA wasn't included because they didn't work for US Air. That's like complaining the Air France pilots were left out. You know that a pilot had to be on furlough to work there. Also, why did 750 "active" pilots get stapled?

Why? I'll tell you why, because the only reason they were ever "active" after their furlough is because this merger happened. They were out of work and brought 750 cases of NOTHING to the table.

That's how it works. PID. Snapshot. That's how it always worked. East pilots were already out hanging...much closer to the edge than now.

So Mesa pilots get a seniority number as well?
Outsourcing sucks- but there was a reason MDA was created as a seperate company. Like all cases of outsourcing- it's designed to circumvent seniority- this is no different-
just bc your pilots figured out that you sold MDA pilots out- doesn't mean they actually get seniority rights.
