Ryan was a dirtbag at Mesa... I am sure that he will be the same at DPJ.
 
No changes yet. Still cannot retain/hire pilots so something has to change.
That whole organization needs an enema. Scrap it and start over doing things the way Delta Air Elite did when they were profitable and a desirable place to work.

There are good people there, they just aren't managing the place.
 
From what I heard, second hand, the Chief Pilot put something out requesting that each aircraft type elect one representative by Dec. 3rd to attend and participate in a December 15 (?) focus/discussion group to work on issues/problems and seek input from the pilots on how to get DPJ back on track after the Seagrave fiasco. There was also that conference type call but I have not heard any details from that.
