Hmm, ya think so? Ya think maybeDelta would declare bankruptcy and get an immediate back to work order from the judge? Followed by an imposed contract? Remember, in BK, the judges only concern is whats best for the creditors and a shut down Delta is not best for the creditors. Unfortunately, you have no more leverage than we do.
It's hard for the judge to tell you to get back to work if you quit! Then, at least,
your furloughs would have some RJs to fly.

Greg, I know I'm the only one that got that, but I just wet myself I was laughing so hard.

very true. A judge cannot prevent you from quitting. But, name me one pilot group that has had enough unity to get everyone to quit while under bankruptcy?

It's always a few of you a@@monkeys spouting the same tired refrain... "oh no, CHQ is coming to take my flying." Yep, and your girlfriend/wife and dog, too.
It's based on fact (minus the wife and dog part). Check out the results of this poll on chqlouge. The question...Should CHQ underbid Coex to take their flying?:

A whole 9% say no to underbidding other pilots while a clear majority can't wait to sell themselves out. Nuff said.
