17 on 5 off schedule, 17pto days per year. Must live within 45 minutes of base. $47k salary for f.o. $65k for capt. Medical, dental vision 401k. Majority of trips are multi day trips. Expect 450-500+ hours a year. Upgrades merit based, not seniority based.

Good group of guys, and they have an actual schedule, unlike many 135 operators. When someone I know was there in 2008-2010, they did there best to get the planes home between trips, so you probably won't spend the entire 17 day stretch on the road. I know they do try to keep at least 1 plane out all the time now.

As for the upgrade thing, if you get hired as an FO, plan to do it for 2 years before upgrading, they've been known to hire a street captain if the need arises, and ARG/US or Wyvern minimums for flight crews apply. The DO and other management are pilots too and semi-regularly fly trips.

Lastly, if you go to work there, they will do your best to get you home for Christmas, as SC = The Swiss Colony, and Christmas sales are most of their business.

Feel free to PM with more specific questions.
