Both are speculation at this point based on the number of pilots (~2000) who are locked into 1 June retirements. A lock-in essentially means that they've secured a price for the B fund, but does not mean they'll actually pull the trigger and retire...kind of like a mortgage rate lock. It'll be interesting to see how many pull the handles on 1 June.

Seems like there will be a massive exodus Dec 1 as well...

I think there will be recalls by the end of the year.
