With the reduction of flying and almost no ATL pilots transitioning, I've logged 166:22 this YEAR.

"the beatings will continue until morale improves" ..only difference? SWA MGMNT makes you believe everything is great, and the KOOLAID is still flowing. I have to say, SWA has made an abortion out of this deal. They keep blabbing about culture...but I think most of us here at the SWA side are starting to realize culture is just a fancy word MGMNT uses for no reason whatsoever. I wish they would just stop with this "culture" blah blah blah and fix this deal. In other words, instead of having spirit parties in DEN, how about they come out and say "sorry Airtran and SWA employees, we lost our focus. We bit way more off than we could chew and now have a mess to clean up. We apologize and will try to make this right at some point in the future. Stick with us and we will make it right...we screwed up."
