-Immediate return of Comair's aircraft, and then some.
-No pay cut until seniority list merged, and then CHQ pay is better than negotiated Comair pay.
-Very junior Chautauqua list, especially compared to Comair. (1 for 2 would still end up in Comair's favor)
-Out from underneath Delta
-Out of bankruptcy
-no whipsaw capability in the near term due to CRJ/ERJ tickets.


The only downside is the seniority merger, which would be ugly, but only because we'd fight tooth and nail to prevent from being screwed.

SA were flying props and went to an airline with no Tprops.
Comair is flying 50-70 seaters, just like CHQ.
Comair has a very powerful union who's shown their ability to fight when their cage is rattled.

Please, what did you do for Fred? (Roll Over Any One) The FA's are the only ones that did not roll over. But if it is true then Fred was right, Comair get's the EMB 170's, You Can't fly them, but you can non rev on them all day long.
