Jt-15 powered version does .

Williams engine has a fuel heater, no prist required. Helps to know what engines a plane has installed before you diagnose the cause of its engine failure. Just sayin'.

Based on SDR database and almighty google I'll guess it was the fuel delivery unit. What do you other rocket scientists think?

I think that it resulted from a stoichiometric imbalance: a deficiency of either saturated hyrocarbons, thermal energy or oxidizing agent such that exothermic combustion was no longer sustainable.

As to the cause of such deficiency, not having been there, examined the engine or interviewed the crew, I think I don't know. I think the same is probably true of any poster on this board.

On 2 engines?
why did they got so low if they only lost 1 engine?
As far as I know a Ricky jet plane can fly on 1 !!!

How many XTs are there now in the fleet?

Will all 400As be replaced by XTs? How many total expected in the fleet?

Aren't the XTs and the 300s competing against each other. I don't fly either but I think they have the same range and load capacity...what's the price difference?

Sorry for the thread drift.

Newkem, you do not know crap about jets, so shut up

Was told by MX in TEB that FCU took a CRAP.

Well well. Sounds like someone knew what they were talking about.

Glad everything worked out and no one was hurt - mx solved problem and the bird flies again. A good outcome.
