When management came to us dangling the e-170 in front of us we knew that the contract LOA they were offering was BS. The LOA had specific timetable for deliveries and embraer did not have slots that would allow the airframes to be delivered on the required schedule.

Which is why they took 10 airplanes from ASA and transferred them over to Comair, to meet the trigger clause to make the payrates take effect.

Those same airplanes were then transferred to SkyWest (and some old worn out SkyWest ones to Comair) to clean up the books prior to BK.

everyone arguing whose regional is better (hint to the guy who started it) you might as well go back to your little play pen and gather all your 3 brain cells and focus on bettering your simpleton views.

Imbeciles! The lot of you! Your regional pilots and all make way below what we should be, its embarrassing seeing what you guys post on here with vapid senseless drivel. Meanwhile the ones, who are the real crooks at the top, are laughing at all of us arguing over these trivial issues. Who’s the sucker now? Ask yourselves!
FOOLS!

We were supposed have gotten them from GE leasing, but those ones were in such horrible shape they wouldn't have been ready in time either. So yes they swapped jets around to meet the time table.

PS. I wish we could have given back all of those POS jets from skywest. They were maintence nightmares for nearly a year.
