I can guarantee Comair and Mesaba are indeed. However you may be right about Compass. That's the only one I am uncertain about.

How can you guarantee that? Lot's of factors go into costs. Comair and Mesaba have very top heavy seniority lists. Comair has a lot of old airplanes, Mesaba has what 36 900's?. How many 170/175's (or 100/200 models if your a geek) does RAH operate? There are some economies of scale.

Bedford and company have wronged pilots before, and they will wrong pilots again especially if it affects the bottom line.

Well do I really need to go into the world of a wholly own with comair? Guess so since you are asking. Comair by being a wholly owned only has their gas paid for and their pilots and thats it. At the end of the day they pay their bills and the excess cash goes right back to DAL. To me last time I checked any money left over with RAH doesnt go into DALs checking account now does it? Why do you think Comair was doing so much hiring just recently? The fact is when DAL can get the Pinnacle/Freedom flying away they were planning on placing a good amount with Comair due to the fact of the lower operating cost.

As is AWAC, PSA, Colgan (this fall) and others to name a few. To be hoenst RAH is not probably too far behind. Time will tell. Only reason Comair is going to be is due to Freedom/Pinnacle not losing the flying. Who knows what will happen. Shall find out shortly.

The fact that you're flying the airplane and don't know that there are -100's and 200's (And think that someone is a "geek" for knowing that) scares me.

I'm always happy to add more useless trivia to memory. I'm thinking on the days that I fly the 200 I'll turn my shoulder boards backwards so no one will think I'm a loser 100 driver.....
