Remaining Flexible is nothing more than a no- drinking policy.

When Options was mainly a fractional, you would fly 1-2 legs per day and sometimes you would sit(or swing a club) for a day or two. Back then, we were allowed to drink on our time off. Then we started doing more pop-up 135 trips. If you had a drink with dinner the night before, how can they get you to do any early show? Well they couldn't. Then came the "fight" at the Holiday Inn in CGF. After that, the company instituted a no-drinking policy. Now if you got a call, you had to show up. So back to this "fight". After all of these years do we really know who they were or was it just made up to re-instate the no-drinking during your entire tour?

I think this post easily strengthened our side with 300 plus votes.

I'm just not sure if it was the reminder of early call outs or the lack of beer, but good job!
