Reimbursement of Medicals??

I thought I read that the FAA changed the medical durations. That a under 40 first class is now good for 12 months. Can anyone confirm these changes?

that is correct, however the day you turn 40 you have had a 1st in the last six months to exercise your ATP license. The third classs is good for five years up to 40. InFO4708

It varies from state to state.
In Oklahoma for instance:

The employer is responsible for any physicals related to employment.
So for those that get paid for the physical, it probably is not for the abundance of the warm and fuzzies from your employer.
