I've worked for some that do and some that don't. Currently, company picks up one and the pilot picks up the other during any given year.
 
Medical

Not only do they pay for them we get paid milage and lunch if it runs thru a feeding time..
 
So far Ive worked 2 that have and 3 that haven't. Current employer does not.
 
Some medical plans pay for it as your annual physical. At every company I have worked work it is a requirement to be employed as a pilot and you are responsible for maintaining that requirement for employment.
