I've heard their average FO's TT is around 6,000. I'm sure this is for their currently employed, but what about their newhires?

What other stuff makes one competitive?

I just got hired with 3600 TT, 2900 Turb multi. I am not sure if this is about average, just my case. I think that they also want to see a strong Cust. service background.

Cheers!
