Anyone know what a realistic minimums are for EJA? I am currently flying with a very stable freight company, and looking for a way out of the "freight dog" world. Not to say anything is really wrong with it, just tired of flying boxes. I just barely have the published minimums, any chance I might get an interview? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you might be a freight dog if: ATC offers a smoother altitude, and you really don't care.

what noise??? oh, THAT noise!!!:D

The published mins are the bare minimum they will take you with. Now that they have alot of guys and gals to choose from, i heard that the average time for new hires is around 5000hrs. Dont know how true that is, but i have heard that.

I would say get your stuff in when you meet the mins and keep updating it. I think they are going to start sending apps out again in oct.......not positive on that though. If you know someone on the inside, get them to write a letter, that definitely helps
