I managed to picture this beautiful aircraft just seconds before they took it in the Bombardier's finishing center in Montreal. Amazing livery, first time I see an "skull and cross bones" on an aircraft... Anyone have more info on this particular livery? New reg to airliners.net as well.

Any who, this contraption from a distance seem to be unfinished, grayish and with exposed panels, upon closer scrutiny you see it’s actually the paint scheme with huge exaggerated painted on rivet heads all over it (big ole button heads), a weird vent like orifice painted on the vertical, windows (elongated and exaggerated) outlined in a flat gray and enormous panel lines running all over the darn thing.
It’s retched looking!!!
Who owns this Frankenstein, hodgepodge of a jet? I think the reg. was N2T, wasn’t that close to it to be 100% positive but that reg. Is registered to Bombardier out of DFW.
Anyone seen this beast, believe me you can’t miss it.

I’ve also heard that the numbers actually don’t add up performance wise, most all their records we taken with a stripped, unfinished jet, while all the G-V records were usually broken with a delivery flight and she (the espresso) is a maintance nightmare, part penguin or something…
I’m holding out on the hope we will acquire some of those G-VSP’s in the next coupla years, we had a pair of straight fives on order but sold the slots just after they announced the SP.
On the down side though, the boss wants a larger cabin for his longer trips and is eyeballing a BBJ or ACJ as we spend a considerable amount of time airborne and Airbus is courting him heavily, even proposed to under cut Boeing by 8% on a similar equipped airframe, our boss is Japanese so either is fine with him, but I got this sneaking feeling that we’ll be one of the first US based “Borg Jet” Operators sometime real soon.
