Skengdon - be aware, too, that sometimes a quick upgrade is an indication of less-than-ideal working conditions and pay. Some places that offer quick upgrade really don't pay great or treat their employees that well and as a result, the turnover is quite high. Put another way, some places are known for being "get in, get your time and get out".

Of course, that may work for you. Just be aware of that though as you look at companies with short upgrade times.
