Hey Delta Guys/ Gals!
Trying to get some info on your new contract. Been flying with a few company cool-aid drinkers and they seem to be convinced that we are the “best paid legacy pilots in the industry” here at CAL. After asking them what kind of hash they’ve been smoking I try to inform them of the luxuries that are offered in other contracts that are not offered in ours (IE: WORKRULES!!). Does anyone have any literature or bullet points they can post or PM me regarding some of the work rules and pay rates from your newly agreed upon contract. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I would like to get some of these company men / scabs to pull there heads out of the sand and see what we need to be fighting for. The company keeps telling us we are the best in the business and keeps touting about all of the accolades we have won. It’s time for them to pay up and pay us accordingly. We need WORKRULES!
Specifics I am inquiring about are:
1) Trip Rigs
2) Duty Rigs
3) Min Trip Credit
4) Reserve work rules
5) International Override
6) Night Override
7) Vacation (years of Service Accrual)
8) Pay Rate Scale (+annual % Pay raise)
9) Any other QOL / Financial info regarding the contract
I am planning on making my own bullet point handout and leaving it in the airplane to get some of our “less informed” pilots informed. We want to use your contract as a building block for our contract so someday, HOPEFULLY, you can use ours to build off of.
