Question for fractional pilots...

If a fractional pilot gets a pay raise - do they get the whole thing? or only 1/16th or 1/4th of a raise depending on their ownership? How are days off and girlfriends alotted? Do you get her for only a couple of days? or are there just always eight other guys in the room but you have her all the time?

I know this is going to make a fraction of you mad.

I'll share a fraction of my beer to make amends.
