I love the lady that said that pax are pissed and want something back for the money that they spend for an airline ticket. Damn it's not enough that you crossed the country in 5 hours instead of 3 days.

It baffles me that people bitch about paying $150 bucks to full up their expedition. Then wonder why the airlines are cutting back. Americans are so dumb.

You know, it's pretty bad when I find myself agreeing more with the President of the ATA than I agree with people that are supposed to be union "leaders" at USAirways. USAPA is an embarrassment to this profession.

Listen, I don't like 'em any more than you, but that ad they took out has gotten them serious play on EVERY national and local PHX area news show and I imagine most other markets in the country AND most of Larry King's show...I saw this mentioned on Lou Dobbs.

The response has been amazing and they've definitely got their moneys worth out of that ad.
