Interviewed there last week and all went well. They say they have no idea how the merger will play out with PSA and didnt care to elaborate into the question at all. Actually, it seemed they were trying to avoid it.
I found it hard to believe, but they told us that upgrade time is somewhere between 2-3 years. Really?
I ran into a couple FO's outside terminal and got to talk with them. They were low-time, but sounded like they absolutely hated it there. 1 of them was on reserve and had been w company 8 months so far. Didnt paint a rosy picture.

2-3 year ugrade sounds like a projection based on forcasted attrition. Current upgrade times are over 5 years. Most jr capt is a 8/13/07 hire.

rsv at psa is like being repeatedly butt raped by an elephant that has overdosed on viagra. Bad very very bad. They treat you like you're a five years old, they NEVER release you and will fly you to exhaustion and past if you let them. God willing you can get off reserve quickly and get a line because doing more than a year on rsv on psa will severely scar you for life. Once you have a line life is not horrible. I still get the shivers when i think about rsv at psa. And i sat rsv in base, god help you if you commute in for rsv. Honestly though not bad once off rsv.

bump...

How's life at PSA after the TA was ratified? Any better than what has been posted in this thread?

QOL, RSV, Upgrades?

I tried doing some searches, but couldn't find much that is recent. Thanks in advance.
