Our last raise that was given to us in response to the Netjets agreement was as follows. Also, keep in mind that we were told that this was "all we could give" because it was the first time Flexjet had made profit and that we were taking most of it. (insert guilt here)

Now that we are "best in class", in every category it seems we are told often, and we are consistently making profit and doing well; therfore, can we expect a raise at least equivalent to this? I mean, if we could "barely afford" the last raise, this one should be significantly more, right? In 3 days we will know.................
