Glad to hear you're aware of the fact. It is time to DO something about it.

Get off the closed private boards and onto the open public boards. Tell other pilots what the union is doing to you. Hire a good lawyer and sue them.

Continued inaction while you hope they will play fair is a waste of time. They have never played "fair" and they aren't going to start now. They have to be forced to do what is required and represent your interests, without discrimination and without arbitrary decisions made in bad faith. ALPA's actions are putting you on the street so that other preferred members of ALPA can replace you.

The courts is the place to protect yourselves. Do it NOW before you have nothing left to protect. Since the union is willing to put you out of business, you should be willing to put them out of business in defense of your rights. Hire a good lawyer and get to it.
