avbug said:Utterly pathetic. I'd have been embarassed to post such pansy candy-assed garbage. And then you want a warning about a ramp check. News flash...doesn't that disrupt the purpose of the ramp check? How about having your paperwork in order, flying within limits, and being prepared at any time to submit to a ramp check, as you should? How about acting like a professional, instead of crawling around in fear of getting caught?
Sad. Very, very sad.

Oh so your one of those OLD GEEZERS taking up the road... now i get it! should you have your drivers liscence taken away you senile fool!
You, on the other hand, appear to be one of the reckless young punks that are in the demographic area where your insurance rates are sky high due to the behavior of the group like you. The cause of carnage on the road because you think you're above the law, and are not concerned with the well being of others or your own hide. I hope you don't kill yourself due to your attitude on the topic of adhering to the rules of the road, but you certainly are a higher risk of doing just that than those who are aware of the consequences of excessive speed.
Do you enjoy being rude?

ok... take a deep breath.... take a gasp of your oxygen.... and repeat after me. the first step to recovery is admitting your problem!
the "cause of carnage" hummmm just a little FYI (im a firefighter) i have seen my fair share of what you call "carnage" and it is mainly the people who decide to take a nap while driving 65... or the ones who weave in and out of traffic... just because i drive +5-10 mph doesn't mean you can stereotype me and put me in a category of being an agressive driver!
and YES i thoroughly enjoy being rude!jk jk
Unbelievable. Really….and pure flame bait from an obvious troll.flyifrvfr said:I like to drive at an average speed of 78 MPH in a 55 MPH zone. I do everything I can to get in an area that has very little traffic in it which lowers my chances of an idiot hitting me. Before I became a CFI I drove tractor trailers which makes me a professional driver. I have an excellent driving record and pretty low insurance premiums. I just feel that driving in a pack of cars is much more dangerous than driving past them and cruising on your own with no one around you.

flyifrvfr said:No flame bait and definately believable. What makes you think I am a troll. You are the one impeding traffic.

Because I did a quick search of recent posts of yours. If you are not still in high school in the lower 50 percentile of your class, your maturity level says to me that you should still be there.flyifrvfr said:No flame bait and definately believable. You may find out soon. I just ratted you out to one of the mderators. Well see if your goal of pissing someone off is him.........flyifrvfr said:It is my goal to piss off a large majority of people on this board. Let me know if I am doing a good job.

Yeah, that's what I enjoy doing versus enjoying being rude. I've done this on other occasions and the poster suddenly is gone. I normally haven't bragged about it, but since the guy said his goal was to piss off as many folks as he could, I thought I'd just swat that insect.Milkdud99 said:awwww couldn't handle the stress??? had to be a big boy and go tell the moderator??

That cop has a job to do, and while that job may occasionally cause some inconvenience or expense to you, that job also involves protecting you and the people you care about.
Say you flash your lights to warn that oncoming car of a cop ahead. He slows down, passes the cop, then speeds back up and hits a pedestrian a mile down the road because of his .09 blood alcohol content. What if that pedestrian was your wife, son, mother, or best friend?
Suddenly it doesnt sound like such a good idea, does it?
Same goes for ramp checks. People may be getting on that pencil-whiped 421 on the ramp. People with very little aviation knowledge who trust that they will be flown in a safely maintained aircraft with a well trained and conscientious pilot. If their assumption is correct then a ramp check is a non-event.
If you dont want a ticket, slow down. That simple.
That's my dog. She's slowing down a bit now as she turned 11 in April. When she was younger, her favorite pass time was to retrieve golf balls I'd throw into 6 feet deep water in the lake. I know she had her eyes open swimming around down there, as occasionally she'd come up with two of them at a time in her mouth.MVSW said:Hey jarhead? Is that you dog? If it is... nice dog!
