I believe it depends in what form it comes back in. Formula or list. If it's some sort of formula there may be a delay to digest. Even then, there might be a delay to make a unified statement. I'm sure they will let us know as soon as they can.

Until then, it's out of our control. And you should never stress over issues that are out of your control.

According to the email last week, he is almost done. When it says we will receive it by today, that what it means. I'm sure by 5 pm we will all know our fate.

I guess I should have read the last few posts. This is getting old. If the list is out, and NO changes can be made to his decision, what purpose is it to have the unions sit on? Gimme a break. Release the stupid list already. We're all big boys, we can handle it.

Arbitrator Bloch has informed us that his decision on the combined seniority list is complete but he wishes to give it a final review over the weekend. Please stay tuned for more information.

Today, Mr. Bloch has contacted the three Merger Committee chairmen regarding the Seniority List Integration Decision. He has indicated that his Decision and Award is almost complete and will be released on or before next Friday, May 20.



This guy is a flat out lier. Someone needs to put the heat on him. He has a job to do and is being paid for his services. If he said it will be done today, then that is the expectation that I have. Enough of the games. I hope all 3 unions let this guy know that this is not acceptable.

My personal opinion is that I would rather it be right when it is published, rather than 6 amendments to correct mistakes. If it takes the weekend to do that, the so be it.

He ran out of staples late last night and with the end of the world coming and everything, he needed more time!! give the man a break.
