It was my opinion that he pencil whipped most of his time. He was the least skilled pilot that I have ever flown with and I reported him to the Chief Pilot because he couldnt land in a cross wind and was dangerously close to landing half on and half off the runway and narrowly missed the windsock on two consecutive approaches to a runway with a 15kt crosswind. I finally took it away from him and landed it the third time around.
Our company finally fired him after he left the door unlocked on a flight from SFO to APA and when he lifted at SFO, the door opened and they had to make an emergancy landing.
