From the video, appears to be a "classic" nosewheel bounce and porpoise, high bounce, and crash.

Second thing that stands out, is you can see the snow blowing across the ramp. Was certainly windy and gusty.

What stands out to me is the direction and speed the snow is moving in the different cameras

No kidding, pretty sustained looking winds to me.
