Placement in NJA aircraft?????

How does netjets decide what airplane you will be placed into? do you get to decide which one you want or do they just assign you one?? if anyone could answer this i would appriciate it.

I started in October. There were 12 of us. 4 Excel all based in CMH. 4 Ultra all based in PBI. 3 X based in TEB and 1 800XPC based in CMH. The aircraft we were placed in was determined by which base we chose. That will all change though with IBB.

It really depends on where they need the pilot that day. If there is a shortage in the 400xp on Wed, that's whay you get offered. With the passage of IBB, it won't matter from a pay perspective. They all pay the same.

You know that no line pilot is allowed to see the "Big Picture." Even if you go management and come back to the line, you have to undergo a memory erasure!
