Good idea. Seniority is everything.
 
I don't know about the PFT thing, I heard that a good number of Gulfstream FO's had trouble in training at other regionals.

You heard wrong. GIA FOs have had the lowest washout rate at Pinnacle of any newhires.

You can certainly argue that PFT is damaging to the profession (and I now agree with that), but saying that former GIA FOs are dangerous, can't fly, or can't pass newhire training is simply a load of BS.
