Knowing what you know about Pinnacle management, who do you think is responsible?

Your opinion of 9E management doesn't matter to me. It was relevant when you were employed here. All I want to know is who's telling the truth and who's full of sh*t. I don't trust either party involved in the "negotiations" or whatever it is at this point. I am sick of hearing about it, reading about it and listening to the whining on this board. If the responsible party delaying the negotiations is not ALPA then please accept my apologies. If it's 9E management, then I would highly advise them, as an non-pilot employee to promptly and swiftly work to an agreement with the pilots so we can continue to operate as efficiently as possible.

I said before I don't trust either side to tell the truth about what's actually happening. Clear enough for you?

Yeah, clear, but I wish you trusted the pilots a little more.

Knowing which party is full of sh*t is easy to deduce. First, you already know that our management group will lie, cheat, and steal to pull money out of your pocket so that they can put it in theirs. You should have discovered that during the recent dispatcher negotiations. Second, what do the pilots have to gain from dragging out contract negotiations? You think we like working under one of the worst contracts in the industry? You think we like being paid 10-30% below industry wages?

What management is trying to do is get the pilot group to accept 90% of the real industry standard. They successfully did that with our ground service agents, flight attendandants, and dispatchers so now they think they can pull that sh*t off on us.

I'm sorry that we won't settle for 90 cents on the dollar to make your life a little easier. We would appreciate your support and understanding through this but at the end of the day the lack of the aforementioned will not stop us from reaching our objectives. Regardless of how long it takes or if a total shut down is required we will reach our objectives.

It's not just the APU, guys. It's everything else, also. Call fatigued after those 5-6 leg days with the reduced rest overnights. Delay flights for meals and for taking the later van to get your full rest at the hotel. Taxi on two engines. If the ramper doesn't have a headset, open the door again for a full briefing on hand signals. Write up mx items at the outstations if they break at the outstations. I could go on and on. Make their operation a living hell, and then they'll give you your contract. Until then, they'll continue to ignore you, because the current NMB certainly won't force them to negotiate.

Hahaha, thanks for the laugh! Too many Captains here want to 'help' or 'save' the company, and do everything they can in that regards!

Remember, there are lots of things you can do as a copilot to "improve the safety" of the operation. A thorough preflight is an important element of a safe operation. ;) Broken bonding strap on the flight spoilers at an outstation? Insist that it be written up. It's the law, you know. Tire worn a little thin? Delay the flight so mx can come out and have a look. If the CAs are a bunch of pansies, then you can still do your part. Also, start calling pro-stands on all of the CAs that aren't following the book to the letter. Let a pro-stands volunteer school these tools.

Rushing never does anyone any good. NWA's taxi procedures several months ago proved a great reduction in safety incidents. In fact, a recent article in noted how several carriers do their taxi checklists before even leaving the gate area so both pilots can focus outside the cockpit has proved its weight in gold.

Fair winds...V

Wow, what a Duche-Bag you must be to fly with. Is that what they taught at Gulfstream Airlines when you whored yourself out and shelled out the big bucks to fly the mighty Beech 1900 for them. Did they even have Pro Stans at Gulfstream so you could rat out all of your Captains or did you just go right to the Chief Pilot to report them. PFT_128, you are a Tool Shed! Actually, your more like an Ace Hardware store.

No, only GoatJet scabs like yourself deserve to get turned in to the CP.

Who are you kidding, PCL?

Let me tell you the types I have flown with....

Captain "Block out on time even though we have no cargo slip".....

I have flown with a couple Captains who get the door closed and release the brake to block out ON TIME even when we have NO CARGO LOAD SLIP from the rampers!
"We can just get it over ops frequency, I wanna block out on time."

Um, WHY?!? Why are you bending over backwards to help this company out? Why cover for other people's incomptence? (read: mismanagement)

Captain "Taxi like I'm in a Indy 500"....

Don't even get me started! These Captains taxi as if their life depends on getting to/from the gate as fast as possible.

Captain "Lets not use the APU, even though we need it...."

"I wanna help the company out" as my last Captain just said.

Ugh.

Sounds like good things to report to pro-stands.

Stick to what your good at PFT_128, Being a Whore, working gear/flaps/radio/ & snitching on your Capts for trying to save some fuel. Tool !!!!

I know you like taking it in the ass, but try taking it from your boyfriend instead of from management.

What did you say in post #44 on this thread? You say immature eighth grade sh*t like this and I'm supposed to trust you, the "professional" pilot, that posts waste like this. C'mon, man.
