How about this part...

AWARD AND ORDER
The Arbitrator renders an Order by answering the stipulated issue as follows.

STATEMENT OF STIPULATED ISSUE
Whether AA’s order of recall, which excludes some flow-through pilots holding AA seniority numbers, violates Letter Three/Supplement W and, if so, what is the appropriate remedy.
ANSWER TO STIPULATED ISSUE
Letter Three/Supplement W does not contain a right of recall for AE flow-through pilots who hold AA seniority numbers but were not furloughed from AA; provided, nothing in this answer shall be construed to overrule or modify the ruling in FLO-0903; and, provided further, nothing in this answer shall be construed to endorse or exclude any potential remedy in FLO-0903.

AE flow throughs with AA seniority numbers will not be able to come over with recalled AA furloughees, they will have to wait for "true" new hire classes after everyone's recalled.

Means those AE pilots already with flowthrough AA seniority numbers arent to be considered "furloughed" status. Also means they wont be recalled with those pilots who are currently considered "furloughed" they will be recalled after them.

2 more grievances that will be more important in determining the fate of AE flowthroughs:

-TWA number generation: Some TWA pilots (around 1500?) were directly furloughed and never trained as AA pilots. Arbitrator will decide if these pilots will be considered 'newhires' when they return to AA. IF they are considered newhires then that will generate an additional flowthrough number for each one who returns to AA. The decision of this grievance is expected sometime in the next few months.

-Duration grievance: The flowthrough agreement (letter 3/Supp W) has an end date of May 08. Arbitrator will decide what happens after May 08 to those flowthrough pilots who have flowthrough numbers, but havent been called. Decision is expected in the next few months as well.

In all reality the duration grievance is the most important since there is no way any AE pilots will be called to class with those who were furloughed (since AE lost the recall grievance posted above).

so what happens to AE guys who have a number, but AA doesn't do any hiring until after AE is spun off? I guess a number is a number. I don't see AA hiring any time soon. Still got a lot of numbers to go thru.
