Thanks for all of the info and help so far. Some other questions: Would it be a good idea to get a laptop so that I can study the training CD in the evenings after class, or do they issue you the company manuals, etc. right away? If I should get a laptop, does PDT have any deals with Dell or other companies to get employee discounts?

Only deal PDT has with an outside company is with Vibromatic Toy Co. Just in case the company isn't screwing you hard enough, you can buy the supplies cheaply to screw yourself.

Just wondering, what is the policy on travel for employee's and their spouce? Also, do immediate family members get a discount or do they have to pay full price for a ticket?
