That's epic. Can't believe I hadn't seen that before. There's a few out there like that. 3000 hours in the right seat at PDT and I had of those right before I bailed. Amazing how CRM improves when you tell someone like that to go F themselves (diplomatically of course).

Did you see at the :50 mark! Damn FE Fred flipped me off!!!!!

My entire office saw that. When I started laughing they all came over to see what was so funny.

Kaman, best of luck to you. Reserve will suck, even living in base. Once you're holding a line I think you'll enjoy it. You already know the airplane is fun to fly.

Roanoke crews were great when I was there. I commuted to ROA and thought it was the worst form of airline induced torture possible. If I lived in base I'm pretty sure I'd have enjoyed the airline a lot more. Even with the crap that gets thrown at you from scheduling, I had a blast with everyone I worked with.

Housing costs at ROA are some of the lowest I have seen in years and the weather is moderate. I lived in South Carolina and the summer heat is oppressive and have lived up in New England, too cold, too much traffic and a much higher cost of living.
Some areas around Roanoke such as Montvale or Thaxton are only 25 to 30 minutes from ROA via a 4 lane highway RT 460 and have a good country feel to it. Beautiful views of the Blue Ridge mountains and low property taxes and low volumes of traffic.
I have been here for 11 years and I don't regret the move. I live in Bedford which is about 45 to 50 minutes from ROA and its a straight shot on 460.
Hope this helps.

If you ever can get a hold of it, "Hey, let's beat Southwest" is a very funny "what-not-to-do" CRM-wise video that I have seen. Also, Pinnacle recently finished one and uses in their CRM program that isn't too far off the mark of some of the stuff that can go on out on the line. They compiled a video using a dramatization of your basic nightmare CRM/TEM scenario and used comic relief to good effect to get the message across without everyone going into a post-lunch food coma watching it.

NOT Pinnacle CRM! But comical never the less!!!
