PHL tax question?

Denver has one also of about 5%. Gotta make some money to support the welfare recipients and school tuition for the extra little undocumented frijoles that my cats forgot to bury in the litterbox.
 
A bit of a thread hijack but wouldn't it be unconstutional to have to pay the tax if you don't live in PHL. No taxation without representation!!
 
I actually went through and read the tax code for PHL. Basically says if you don't live in PHL and 90% of your work is outside the city limits, then you are exempt. I'd say that probably covers the flight crew.

Yeah... I saw what MB put on our board, but I put this post out before anyone from AWAC had a chance to respond.
 
I was based there for 3 years before being displaced. Live in MD and was never taxed. F terminal was base still not taxed. J32 driver is correct you are gone 90% of the time, but it is close sometimes when you wait for the idiots that marshall you in.
