its varied but the last job was:

$1.00/hr every hour away from base
3 hour freight delay (not your fault) = crew meal
.05 cents a mile (statute and straight line)
wheels up w/in 1 hour of page out = $25.00 Capt/$15.00 FO
back hauls 500nm+ = free meal
