I also heard XJ was looking at pay for training about 6 months ago, but it's not traditional PFT.

This pay for training is when XJ pays the cost of your PPL, Inst and Comm, and pays you while you are training, otherwise known as Ab-Initio training-just like the military.

I'm 99% it will come back to that, unless there's a major event (like oil going to $200/barrel in the next year).

I think mgmt at 9E believes that, but I believe it is questionable at best, if you include training, recuiting, and other costs associated with the FO exedous at 9E.
Agreed.

The company's fines (NWA and FAA), penalties, wrongful termination settlements, and training costs when combined together over the last half-decade, would have increased the compensation package at PCL far above what the Association first asked for in their proposal.
