I was making 75k to start and had all expenses paid...i.e. hotel, rental car, averaged 100.00/day on food/drinks. and had full medical etc... flew about 12 days/month. Dont settle and don't whore yourself out for less. Just my opinion
To give you an idea, the dropzone I fly at pays $50,000/yr to fly a PAC 750xl. There should be significantly more money in corporate than the skydiving biz.
While this is not specific to just the PC-12, the following website states that the statistical range for "small non-jet" PIC salary is from $57,000 to $96,000, with the median annual salary of $78,000.
So, if you're a "median" PIC,.....ask for "median" PIC money.
There'll be a line to fly it at $40k, unfortunately. Jobs are few and far between here in the SE and folks are taking what they can get to put food on the table.
