Very hard to compare, it would almost be like apples to oranges. Pay is obviously a consideration.....there is also work rules, job security, seniority, union v. non-union (protection), vaca, retirement, upgrade time, etc. NJA has already voted down 1 TA, so they've been more than 6 yrs on present contract. Next one should be markedly better. CS I'm sure will follow suit in some form. Each of them entail a lot of BS, but what job doesn't?
I probably muddied the waters somewhat, but there are a lot of considerations. Look at everything.
