Call the guy back in 2A and tell him that the case has been turned over to the FBI because it was on a flight, hard to tell which jurisdiction the theft occurred in. That they have a statement from the guy in 1A that saw him with the computer. Tell me they're pulling the black box to see what's on it as well. He has one chance to return the computer before the case progresses and his a$$ goes to jail. If he gives it back file charges anyway.

The voice of experience,

Avdad

The voice of experience? Get real. Anyone stupid enough to take your advice will soon find themselves fired for harassing a customer. If you're going to hand out advice, at least have a clue.

Not to mention end up in jail with a federal conviction of impersonating a federal officer.

Avdad,

Any airline employee that contacts a customer by phone and makes false assertions concerning law enforcement, coupled with accusing the customer of theft, puts themelves at risk for termination by their employer, civil action by the customer, and legal risk of criminal prosecution.

You've been watching too much TV.

If you look at the quality of airline pax these days, its surprising that they are not swiping the seats out of the back.

Yes!! Airline employees, too.

My airline's "Employee Non-revenue Travel Handbook" states the following in it's "Dress-Code" section:

"Pants must be worn at the natural waistline"

I'm surprised the ACLU hasn't pounced all over that one! That blatantly racist policy offends me! It just about covers anyone who might board a plane in Detroit.
