What is the differentiation of the classes? What is a class 1,2, 3, etc? I'm putting together a new payscale for a company and have been asked to look at alternative methods to the normal aircraft highs and lows you see in particular aircraft. I am looking at UPS's model ( minus payscale ) and trying to come up with a formula that would be consistent and fair.
I believe your class system is what I'm trying to achieve.

Although many of us don't consider the current system fair the way they calculate the cabin size which hoses the X, will hose the Hawker 4000, and probably hoses the Sovereign.
